Meta Ads
Management

Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Threads campaigns run across Canada. Creative produced in-house, precise targeting, measured results — in English and in French.

What our Meta Ads management covers

Meta Ads means paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Threads. Where Google Ads captures demand someone has already expressed, Meta goes and finds people who were not looking for you yet. That makes it the strongest channel for launching a product, filling an event, recruiting staff, or bringing back visitors who did not buy the first time.

On Meta, performance comes down to creative first: it is the variable that separates two accounts running identical budgets. So we produce the visuals and video in-house — our video production team sits in the same office as the media team — then test several angles, formats and hooks until we find the ones that genuinely carry, in English and in French.

Since Apple's iOS privacy changes and the arrival of Quebec's Law 25, measurement has become the weak point in most accounts: the pixel alone now sees only a fraction of conversions. We deploy the server-side Conversions API together with compliant consent handling, so Meta receives reliable data and you can see what your campaigns actually return.

What our Meta Ads management covers

01

Acquisition and awareness

Reach people who do not know you yet. Advantage+ campaigns, lookalike audiences built from your best customers, and hook testing until you find the message that stops the scroll.

  • Advantage+ and broad prospecting campaigns
  • Lookalike audiences built from real customer lists
  • Interest, behaviour and life-event targeting
  • Hook and sales-angle testing
  • Local, provincial or nationwide reach
  • Separate creative for English and French markets
02

Remarketing and conversion

Most people do not buy on the first visit. We build retargeting sequences by stage — visitors, abandoned carts, past customers — instead of showing everyone the same ad again.

  • Website visitor and abandoned cart retargeting
  • Segments by visit depth and product viewed
  • Imported and refreshed customer lists
  • Instagram and Facebook engagement audiences
  • Automatic exclusion of customers who already converted
  • Message sequences mapped to the buying journey
03

Creative: video, image and UGC

On Meta, creative matters more than targeting. We produce the ads in-house — vertical video, carousels, UGC-style content — and refresh them often enough to avoid audience fatigue.

  • Vertical video built for Reels and Stories
  • Product carousels and collection formats
  • UGC-style content and customer testimonials
  • EN and FR versions adapted, not translated
  • New creative delivered on a continuous cycle
  • Captions on everything (most people watch on mute)
04

Catalogue and e-commerce

For online stores, a properly connected catalogue changes everything. Dynamic ads that show the right product to the right person, Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, and product retargeting wired into your platform.

  • Catalogue connected to Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Dynamic ads by product and by collection
  • Advantage+ Shopping campaigns
  • Product retargeting and abandoned carts
  • Instagram Shop and product tagging
  • Segmentation by margin and seasonality
05

Canadian targeting, EN and FR

The same budget does not behave the same way in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. We separate campaigns by language and province, adapt the message to each market, and avoid the audience overlap that quietly inflates costs.

  • Campaigns split by language and province
  • Messaging adapted culturally, not translated
  • Cross-exclusions between EN and FR audiences
  • Geographic testing before scaling budget
  • French creative that meets Quebec's language requirements
  • Cost per result compared across markets
06

Measurement, Conversions API and Law 25

The pixel alone stopped being enough after iOS tracking restrictions. We deploy the server-side Conversions API, advanced matching, and consent handling aligned with Law 25, to recover the conversions your account no longer sees.

  • Server-side Conversions API (CAPI)
  • Meta pixel and advanced matching
  • Pixel and server event deduplication
  • Consent banner aligned with Law 25
  • Always-on performance dashboard
  • Monthly report with cost per result by audience

Our Meta Ads management process

01

Account and offer audit

We review your Ads Manager, the state of the pixel, your existing audiences and — above all — your offer. A Meta campaign cannot rescue a vague offer, and that is often where the real problem sits. We will say so.

02

Strategy and creative angles

We define the markets, the audiences and the sales angles worth testing. Rather than one big idea, we prepare several: the market decides which one wins, not us.

03

Creative production

Filming, editing, visuals and ad copy, in English and in French. Vertical formats are designed for Reels and Stories from the start rather than cropped down afterwards.

04

Structure and launch

Conversions API installed, consent verified, campaigns structured by objective and market, then launched on a deliberately modest test budget.

05

Testing and iteration

The first weeks are for finding the winning creative and audiences. We cut what underperforms quickly, refresh visuals before fatigue sets in, and write down every lesson learned.

06

Scaling and reporting

Once cost per result is stable, we raise budgets in steps so the algorithm is not thrown off. Monthly report with commentary: spend, results, lessons and next month's plan.

FAQ

Meta Ads — frequently asked questions

As with Google Ads, there are two separate amounts. Media budget paid to Meta usually runs between $750 and $5,000 per month for a Canadian SMB. Management fees are typically 15% to 30% of that spend, or a flat monthly retainer of roughly $700 to $3,000 depending on how much creative is produced and how many markets are targeted (indicative ranges — to be confirmed per project).

Google captures demand that already exists: someone searches for a plumber and your ad appears. Meta creates demand: your ad reaches people who were not looking for you but match your customer profile. Google converts faster; Meta usually costs less per person reached and is far better at discovery. Most of our clients run both, with different budgets and different expectations for each.

Yes, but not the way it used to. Fine-grained manual targeting has lost ground to broad, algorithm-driven audiences, and creative is now what separates two accounts on the same budget. Accounts still running the same three images they used a year ago do see results collapse — that is creative fatigue, not the platform.

We produce them. Our video production team is in-house, which lets us shoot, edit and adapt creative at the pace Meta demands — several versions a month rather than two a year. If you already have content we use it and fill in what is missing.

Quebec's Charter of the French Language governs commercial advertising aimed at the Quebec public: French must be present and at least as prominent as any other language. In practice we build distinct French campaigns for Quebec rather than bolting on a translation at the last minute. For your specific situation, confirm with legal counsel.

The pixel alone now sees only part of your conversions because of iOS tracking restrictions. We deploy the server-side Conversions API with event deduplication, advanced matching, and consent handling aligned with Law 25. We then reconcile Meta's reported numbers against your actual sales — that is the only measurement that really counts.

Yes. Our offices are in Montreal, Beloeil and Saint-Georges, but campaign management is handled remotely and we serve clients across the country, in English as readily as in French. For shoots we either travel or coordinate a local production crew, depending on the project.
