My Role at Bollé Communications
I am the president and, fundamentally, at the heart of the action and of every file. After nearly 20 years in national media, including TVA and Radio-Canada, I founded the agency. My passion also extends to giving talks and training sessions to entrepreneurs.
What Motivates Me
I love telling people about the immense possibilities the digital world opens up, but my first motivation is to make my company better, brighter and more effective, while giving it a distinctive path through Quebec's ever-promising digital business landscape.

My Role at Bollé Communications
I am the client's main point of contact and, as team lead, the person who builds trusting relationships with everyone involved in a project, inside and outside the agency. My role is also to make sure every colleague, trainer and speaker is in the right seat and delivering their full professional performance. Authenticity, leadership and attention to detail are essential words here.
What Motivates Me
I love the challenges that come with my role, because people come first. I love watching people change and grow over time and through events; human capital is an inexhaustible resource and the possibilities are immense.

My Role at Bollé Communications
As an account manager, my field of action is a broad one: human first, through the joint search for our clients' identity and deeper goals, and expressed above all as advice and proposals drawn from the various web solutions and communication initiatives Bollé offers.
What Motivates Me
Learning, always going on learning… After 19 years in France as an agency director, this return to Quebec with Bollé stands for a still-living desire to keep improving. The team's contagious energy, paired with the undeniable expertise of its closest collaborators, is fertile ground for my creativity and for sharing my varied experience with our clients.

My Role at Bollé Communications
At Bollé, I handle content management, support operations, build AI systems and develop strong relationships with our clients, new and existing alike. My role also involves putting strategies in place and optimizing processes to make the way we work smarter and more efficient.
What Motivates Me
What motivates me most is the chance to innovate, create value and connect with people. I love analyzing the most efficient paths and working out what would be best for the company, so that everyone benefits. It is genuinely energizing to improve operations while letting the team and the company grow together.
